World Exhibition Osaka 2025, National Pavilion the Kingdom of Spain (Reino de España)

      • THE CURRENT OF KUROSHIO
      • Under the motto “Kuroshio’s current”, the Pavilion is located on a 3500 m2 plot. The concept developed in the project stems from the Kuroshio current, which was one of the great secrets of Spanish navigation for centuries, and which established a channel of cultural and commercial enrichment between our continents. Based on this idea, the Pavilion is presented as a comprehensive experience, which drinks from the ocean and the sun as elements that connect Spain and Japan and which, with an architectural proposal that blends with a combination of art, design, gastronomy and dissemination, offers the image of a country committed to the great challenges of the future.
